Unless stated as part of your purchase of a service or information product, we do not offer refunds or returns unless we cannot supply goods or services or if they are not delivered as promised. Australian law is the governing body.
Most of our products and services are digitally delivered instantly to the primary email address that you provided at the time of purchase.
For physical products, we offer 14-day returns. Shipping costs will need to be covered by the purchaser, including any packages. Refunds will only be processed if the item is in the original packaging and is undamaged/unused.
We reserve the right to refuse consulting or service-based work in which case we will promptly refund your payment within Three (3) working days. Recurring transactions can be cancelled at any time by submitting a request to our support online or directly via Paypal (if a PayPal transaction). If you paid via Electronic Funds Transfer, we will need the account details to provide you with a refund.
Credit Card Storage
We use PayPal and Stripe for our credit card payment processing and unless provided over the phone, will not store your credit card details.
